The weather is freezing in the morning and evenings and in the mid 60’s still during the day. Fall colors are everywhere. This is the most beautiful season I think in Big Bear.

 

MARKET UPDATE: In the Big Bear MLS we currently have 504 active homes, condos and manufactured homes on the market for sale. The CRMLS, off the mountain MLS, has 490 Big Bear homes for sale. A lot of those may be duplicates from Big Bear agents listing in that MLS too. Now is still a good time to sell. I have buyers that placed an offer last week Sunday we are still waiting to hear from the agent. There were multiples offers on the table. Contact me if you are ready to list your property for sale or if you would like to take advantage of purchasing a mountain home before the end of the year, there are still plenty available.
